At Murcia Services, we like to make the whole process of selling your property as easy as possible.
One of our listing agent will visit the property and talk with you about pricing expectations and any improvements you may be able to make to the property to assist with the sale.

If we have your property for sale during the exhibition season, your property will also be advertised at the various different exhibitions across europe, where we meet with thousands of potential buyers from outside of Spain.

We´ll then get as many people through the door as possible to increase your chances of selling in a short space of time. We´ll also keep in touch with any relevant feedback regarding your listing.
We will notify you of any offers made on the property. Once an offer has been made and accepted, a reservation agreement will be drawn up and signed by both parties, as well as a deposit being paid by the buyer.
If you have already instructed a solicitor to assist in the legal process of selling a home, then we´ll deal with them directly regarding the sale – Otherwise, we work closely with a couple on-site solicitors who we will be able to introduce you to. Solicitors fees generally work out at around 1,200€
You´ll also have to organise an up to date Energy Performance Certificate which we can arrange in house for a small fee.
On the day of completion, your solicitor will go to the Notary to sign on your behalf and you will be notified once the transfer of funds has been finalised.
