Property Market up by 20,9% in the Region of Murcia
Data provided by Spanish notaries showed an increase in buying and selling property in Murcia by 20,9%. This is a fantastic improvement for the region and the second largest increase in Spain (La Rioja 22,9%).
15,595 Properties Bought & Sold in the Last 12 Months
This is a 14,4% increase on the previous 12 month period showing that there has definitely been substantially more interest in buying property in Murcia
10% Decrease on Mortgage Applications
In spite of the 20,9% increase in property sales, the number of sales financed by a mortgage fell by 10% over the same period.
16,7% Increase in Mortgage Capital
Although the number of property sales in Murcia financed by a mortgage has dropped by 10%, the average loan capital figure has increased by 16,7% higher than May 2017 to 87,579€.
