On-site, you´ll find a staggering 16 communal pool areas!
Open and maintained all year round, even in the cooler winter months (if you´re brave enough).
Residents have access to these pools via colour-coded wrist bands, meaning the pools don´t get over crowded with people coming in from outside of the resort.

SPAR SUPERMARKET
For all your home comforts, an on-site supermarket is open all year round, offering a variety of international goods.
Visitors that come to La Torre Golf Resort on holiday for the first time often find this incredibly useful, as it prevents the need to find a local supermarket at the beginning of the holiday, as well as being able to stock up on some of the home comforts that they wouldn´t be able to find in your average local supermarket.

Previously known as the Intercontinental La Torre, the on-site hotel is a 5 star established, recently taken over by DoubleTree Hilton, back in March 2018.
Besides offering additional on-site facilities, from the poolside bar and restaurants, to the underground pool and spa, the hotel has also taken over many of the business premises on site.
For a number of years, these premises remained closed, but since the arrival of DoubleTree, these empty premises have now opened, offering even more to the resort, such as the Rangla Punjab Indian restaurant, and the recent addition of the Black Olive Grill, both restaurant boasting spectacular views across the resort.

It seems that year after year, more and more restaurants are opening on-site. The is, of course, the the La Torre Golf Resort Clubhouse, also known as "The Woodhouse", but there are also various other restaurants, including Italian, Indian, Tapas and a newly opened Grill.

COMMUNITY FEES
All residents on the resort are liable to pay community fees. These fees range between 120€ and 215€ a month, depending on the type of property of course. These fees goes towards the general up-keep of the resort, which as you´ll notice, is money well spent! The resort is always in absolutely stunning condition, from the communal gardens and central reservations, to the communal pools and common areas.
However, you do get much more for your money than just communal maintenance. Included in the community fees, you get access to all communal pools on site, the tennis and padel courts, WiFi, TV, building insurance, lift and block maintenance, and most importantly... 24 hour gated security and patrol cars! This gives you peace of mind if you only use the property seasonally.

The "Villa Sabina" is probably the most popular of the 4 villa models that were built on La Torre Golf Resort.

The "Villa Acebuche" was built as an "entry level" villa on the La Torre Golf Resort, and offer 2 larger bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Although the Acebuche villas offer slightly less square meterage than the Sabina villas at 72m², their actually build on the same plot size of 250m².
One common advantage of the Acebuche villas which is commonly picked up on, is that the kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor areas, making a alfresco dining and outdoor entertaining that little bit easier

The Arce villas are the second largest of the the 4 villa models on La Torre Golf Resort at 108m² on a 300m² plot, and offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on 1 level, with a rooftop solarium.
Despite not being the largest villas on the resort, the Arce villa has the biggest bedrooms of all the properties on the resort.
As with the Acebuche villas, the Arce also has direct access to the outdoor areas via the kitchen.

Most of the apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, however, there are a few 1 bed and 3 bed options in the town centre of the resort.
The 2 and 3 bed town centre apartments also have 2 bathrooms.

GOLF
La Torre Golf Resort boasts a par 68, 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Year after year, the course brings thousands of visitors to the resort, due to the much higher standard and lower green fees compared to those in other countries and regions.
With the Region of Murcia benefiting from an excess of 300 days of sunshine a year, this makes for a much more comfortable playing condition for the avid golfer.
